I have left click enabled, but I still have to right click>move drawing to move my extended rectangles. Can I set it up so I can left click and drag it to a new spot on the chart? I also tried enabling the drag feature . Still no luck

Does the method described at this link not work for you? It works ok for me in v2068.

Did you select the rectangle first, before trying to move it?

It says you can hit control . I’m looking for simple left click >select and move my rectangle

control is for 'copy & move' operation combined

To move a Rectangle | Extending Rectangle | Ellipse | Triangle Chart Drawing, first requires that you left click on one of its edges. Once the Chart Drawing is selected, left click in the middle of the drawing to initiate the move.

So their is no way to just left click and move without any other controls?

The method above uses no additional controls, but you have to left click to select the object, then left click and drag to move.

That’s what I’m saying . That does not work. If I left click no matter how many times, nothing happens . I can’t drag or anything .
