Hi,

I would like to switch from Sierra chart data feed subscription into Denali exchange data feed from beginning of next month. Should I wait till end of March with the change or I can switch now?

We see you have activated the CME and Eurex exchanges. Are you wanting to continue to get data for both of these exchanges, or do you just want data for the CME?

From 1 April I would like to continue with Denali Exchange data feed and CME only. Data with market depth. No need for Eurex from April 1.

We have de-activated renewal of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed
2020-03-31 - Account will be deactivated at the next billing period.

Regarding moving to the Denali Data Feed (CME Group Exchanges only, CBOT, CME, COMEX, and NYMEX), the process is here:

Step 1 would be the Market Data Agreements:

Should I de-activate Exchange fees for Eurex manually as well by the end of March or will it be de-activated automatically now?

We have de-activated renewal of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed & Eurex, so you still have EUREX until the end of March, but it will not renew automatically, as you requested.

One more question regarding Eurex and CME? If I would like to to have an access to Eurex and CME at the same time, do I need to have now Sierra Exchange Data feed and Denali Data Feed (25 USD + 20 USD monthly)?

I see that Sierra Exchange Data feed does not support Eurex anymore? In March, it supported. Am I correct? So If anyone would like to trade DAX and ES what should activate as a data feed?

Correct, (1) you should be on the Denali Data Feed for the CME Group Exchanges:

Step 1: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

(2) and you should be on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the EUREX, etc
