Slow dom update

Hi, I have Sierra Chart data (not denali) and since the recent volatility my sierra dom is updating much slower, its like it is updating in 1 second pulses. I have chart update settings set to 10 milliseconds. I have tried closing all other charts and chartbooks and only having 1 x dom open, still the same. Is Sierra chart data currently being restricted?

No, there are no restrictions on the data.

Please follow these intructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Hi, and thanks for the reply.

The information I gave previously was incorrect.

I have tested the following...

My chartbook has 5 x charts with number bars and 5 x charts with bars and 2 x charts TPO and 1 x dom. If I have this setup the dom is slow, as I remove each of the other charts one by one the dom becomes quicker. It is only at full speed if I have 1 chart and 1 dom.

I have a 1gb connection and brand new trading/gaming computer.

First of all definitely do not use a 10 ms Chart Update Interval. We want you to look at this video:
