having a problem with CQG today: every few seconds there is a disconnect with a popup window "connection error message from service" CQG WebAPI Receiveid LoggedOff message. Reason: Your session was closed due to a concurrent session". I only have one instance of SC running on this PC with one connection...
Planning to switch to Denali\SC orderrouting next week, but it would be nice if you had a solution for this today.

Edit: now I am also having a problem with my backup notebook. I cant login to SC, getting the message "exceeded number of allowed systems". I always have SC running on my main PC and simultaneously on a backup PC with a second set of credentials for CQG

If what you say is true, then we can offer no solution. We have no idea why it would happen. Only CQG would know. We do believe you have another connection to your CQG account that you do not know about.

Regarding the problem logging into Sierra Chart, just wait about two minutes and try again. We do not know why that happened. Did you restart one of those computers? Otherwise, there is a third system being used and you are just not aware of one of them.

Currently we see you are using Sierra Chart on two systems.

The problem disappeared by itself after some time, all is ok again now. I will switch to denali/SC orderrouting today. I only have one main PC and one backup notebook, so never more than 2 systems running. Can you bill AMP for the 0.10 order routing fee? Or do I need to send you an additional message?

Currently there is no way to bill for the order routing transaction fees through AMP if you have your own direct Sierra Chart account. If you have a Sierra Chart account through AMP, then you can have the order routing transaction fees billed through AMP along with the Denali Data Feed. So you could pay for everything through AMP if you want.
