Hi, I am a customer of AMP. I want to connect to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. I am not able to do so successfully although I follow all the steps provided in this link: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Please help me troubleshoot the connection issue. We apologize, that this was not followed up on our side until now. It appears as though that AMP never contacted us about this but we can see they did do the TT account set up. So we have assigned it to your Sierra Chart account. You are all set now.
