Data Feed Connection Issue with SC Futures Order Routing/Data

Hi,
I am a customer of AMP. I want to connect to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. I am not able to do so successfully although I follow all the steps provided in this link: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Please help me troubleshoot the connection issue. Below is the message log in case you needed it. Thank you for your assistance!

Just following up on my ticket, has the trading account been assigned to me yet? How do I connect to the live data?

We apologize, that this was not followed up on our side until now. It appears as though that AMP never contacted us about this but we can see they did do the TT account set up. So we have assigned it to your Sierra Chart account. You are all set now.
