Charts are Freezing on Rollover to New Contract

I am unable to do anything with regards to using the Screenshot/Image function. Whole Chartbook and Sierra Chart freezes. I was able to maximize the Message Log before everything froze and I used a snipping tool to capture the entire page of the message log.

I think the image is attached.
