Hello,

I have found that since the switch to the new data service that my historical data only goes back to 2018-12-20.

This is very concerning, it went back much further previously and I need that information.. What's going on there?

thank you

This is not correct.

The Denali Exchange Data Feed uses the same historical data as the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

I have looked at that and deleted/reloaded the Data and still cannot get historical data prior to 2018-12-20

I have the contact set for continuous futures contract - date rollover back adjusted. ES-202003-GLOBEX

I see in the load data dates going back to 2017-9 Globex and I select all in the multiple symbol window and reload the data but no change. When I go to set the Date Range in File to From 2017-12-20, when I hit Apply it changes backto 2018-12-20?

What's going on?

Also, How far back does this data history go on this data service ?

thank you.

For the amount of historical data available, refer to:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included

The date range in file is not relevant for continuous futures contract charts as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#DateRangeInFile

So do not pay any attention to that. If that is the basis of your conclusion, then that is the problem.

You can see that the data is available just by opening charts for the individual symbols for a particular month and year. You can go back at least 10 years.
