Per your request I'm re-posting my issue with this account from HELP>>CONTACT SUPPORT. Apparently the account we were communicating on was expired? I don't know why or how.

Anyway, my problem is with my platform suddenly loading slow and performing slow and sticky. I added nothing, changed nothing, subtracted nothing. Just started performing slow.

You provided a link for me to go through:

High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.48 - Basic Steps to Resolve Performance Issue in Sierra Chart

I will get back to you after I go through it. Thank you

Ok, I've gone through the video you provided in the link above to try and fix the slow and sticky performance. Nothing worked.

I have no custom studies
No studies take greater than 25ms and most 2-3ms
Upload interval > 1,000
Changed load Tick to second, etc.

I only have one Chartbook (614KB) containing only 16 charts, so I don't need to mess with sub instances, do I? Also, using the exact same load/chartbook/setup/instance of Sierra I'm using now, it's performed much better in the past. This slowness problem happened suddenly and occurred without me adding anything to load sierra and did not load my computer with anything else at all.
I have a quad core, SSD, 24GB RAM

Sierra performance is such that using the platform is a burden. Please, anything else we can do? Thanks

Refer to the other items in topic 30:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

And you must use sub instances. That is quite clear. And you should update your computer hardware and get more than four cores.

, it's performed much better in the past.
We explain the reason for this in the video. Almost certainly this is going to be due to the increased market activity and the wider price ranges.

But do go through the other items in help topic 30.
