What exactly are you referring to?

This is too vague for us.

If you are referring to the CME futures data, we do have a problem with that now. We are working on it.

The problem is being worked on. And we know this is not good. There is some problem with the networking connection.

If you are using the Sierra Chart CME futures data feed, the procedure in this kind of case is to go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. And disable "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". Press OK and then reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed.

Once again the data feed is backup. The problem is now solved.

You can reenable the "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" option.

Real-time data feed is working now, but there is a gap (data are missing) from 10:22 till 10:38. I have tried right click on the graph - Delete and Download and also Edit - Delete All Data and Download, but without success. Martin

We have been told, there was an error made by a network engineer which caused the interruption.

Yes, there is missing data and when this happens, we cannot patch it during the trading day. It has to wait until the end of the day. We do apologize for this.

We know how important it is to have 100% reliable feed, and that is our objective.
