The problem is being worked on. And we know this is not good. There is some problem with the networking connection. If you are using the Sierra Chart CME futures data feed, the procedure in this kind of case is to go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. And disable "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". Press OK and then reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect To Data Feed.
