Good morning, I'm unable to get any live Eurex data for the FDAX (DYH20), chartbook opens with historical data but no live feed. Followed all support tests with no success. Quote board for DYH20 shows no bid/ask data (Image attached). CME data is working fine. You are not connected to any live data feed. You are getting the Delayed CME Data from Sierra Chart, but we do not offer any delayed streaming data for EUREX, which is why you are not getting anything for that symbol.
