chart replay control windows

looks like I've manage to lose the chart replay control window I was trying to hit ctrl-r a few times to bring it up but it's no where to be found. it's not on any of my other screens. how do i get it back? |

tried a restart as well i might have upgraded to the latest version of sierra chart before it happened |
