Using data from 1 brokerage and executing through another

I have a broker i like to use to execute my trades, however there data fees are much higher than i pay with another account i have. Would I be able to use the data feed from 1 of my brokers (CQG -AMP) to trade that account and to trade another account from another broker?

Yes technically you can but the proper solution in this case is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
