Hi, Further to my last post I think I now the Denali feed running as my data on CME is up to date; is it possible for you to check whether that is the case please?

However, when I'm looking at the Dax on Eurex FDXM it is delayed by 1 hour. From the documentation I thought I would still get this feed via the SC feed, is there something else that needs to be done?

Everything appears to be setup correctly.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
