You can see the Open orders in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders. If you are seeing open orders listed there that you are not aware of, then check with your broker.

Press the Refresh Trade Data button on that window to request the the orders again from the server.

I am getting the exact same message. Only on my second instance though - which is looking at the same account as the first instance. I click "refresh trade data", but I still get "You have open trading...". Click CANCEL or Flatten says you have no open positions. I can close the first instance no issues, no warnings.

I'm not sure if it's relate to an annoying bug I picked up yesterday too. My Sierra was left open overnight - Thursday 29th on LIVE and I tried to open a trade in the morning - 30th. The trade "behaved" weirdly my DPL wasn't updating despite price moving, so I clicked flatten, the trade log said it can't send trade on live account when Sierra is set to SIM, yet I wasn't on SIM. I then ENABLED sim and then DISABLED SIM and it worked. The fact DPL wasn't updating shows that it wasn't set to SIM either. The trade was in some sort of undefined state. Since then I get this message about open orders.
