V964 "Chart"-"Show Menu" doesn't work |

This is disabled until further notice. Please avoid asking about this for now. We have run into way too many significant problems with all of these window modifications. It is not normal to be hiding and showing menus, scrollbars and title bars after a window is created. This creates various side effects.

FWIW, I am running 963 and have had no problems at all with showing and hiding menus. I created a keyboard shortcut, mapped it to a mouse button, and can show/hide the menu at will. It is great.
