software completely went crazy

Hello, my entire software went crazy! It is a complete blank screen but with only the top part of the DOM page on the left side. Also I am unable to close the software or access any functions. When I restart the computer, sierra charts open right away and it's blank and the DOM keeps loading and loading. It shows something like 100 DOM pages in the listing at the bottom and they continue to load. Cannot trade or even access any functions. Completely gone. PLease respons immediately as I wish to trade and am totally unable to access any trading I am unable to trade and over 100 DOM keep loading and the software shuts down and freezes. I restart my computer then open Sierra and over 100 DOM load and I am unable to even access the DOM to trade. When I click the DOM again it does not open and only a smal one inch bar shows with an x and + and - When enlarged it goes completely blank |

The first thing we want you to do though is run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and do not open any existing Chartbook's: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode Also uncheck the Open Files on Startup option on the Login window.
