What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

If you require real-time futures data, then refer to:
Is Historical and Real-time Data Included?

Be sure to read the page linked above completely before making a further inquiry regarding real-time *futures* data.

To whom it may concern,

Can't have the updated chart for the specific tickets like tsla, tsmc, HK Stock 700 and data feeding after checking the current quote window. I am now using IB at the moment.

Please advise how i can tackle this issue.

Cheers,
Denis

You are currently setup to receive Real-Time data for the HKFE and the CME Group through your subscriptions to the Sierra Chart Data Feeds. We also supply Real-Time data for Forex and CFDs as part of our packages. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Data

Any other data you are looking for is going to be coming from our Historical Data Service which is delayed and only updates at certain intervals. This includes U.S. Equities like TSLA. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

If you are having a problem getting Real-Time data for any of the symbols for which you should be getting Real-Time data (per the above), then let us know the specific symbol and the problem you are having.

If you just need to know how to get additional real-time data, then look at the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for items like the U.S. Equities. You can also get EUREX data as part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart

As an aside, we notice that you have both the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" and the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchanges activated on your Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do not need both. You really need to deactivate the on that you do not need so you do not continue to pay for it every month.

You can deactivate an exchange on this page:
