opening chartbook

i am having trouble opening/loading up a chartbook on my computer for some reason
one chartbook opens automatically and then when i try to open the second chartbook manually it simply wont load

i have never had this problem

i have been using the same setup for over a year and did not have this problem

everything else on my computer is fine

the two chartbooks that load including one other instance works fine

unfortunately for me the chartbook i am trying to open is the main one i use

do you have any suggestions as to why it might not be opening or what i can do ?
can i salvage any of the charts in that chartbook ? somehow ?
