so i if is click window it get hung so i cannot send the log...

We need more information as to what exactly is happening. What particular window are you opening or activating? Also enables: Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Save Message Log to File. This way, if it is a problem with the program and you are not able to get to the Message Log window, the information will be in a file under your Sierra Chart installation folder.
