I am re sending for I am not sure the last ticket went through.

I am unable to connect to sierra charts today. I am still running version 1997 32 bit ( 28705M) , because i am having my proprietary algorithms/ technical tools updated to 64 bit version. I was told I had until end of April to get this done.

I had no issues yesterday , please either undo what has caused this so I can connect, Or tell me how I can still run a new 32 bit version that is still supported until my 64 bit indicators are


error message in log is as follows : Transact/infinity futures is saying it is a sierra chart support of this version issue.....please advise so I can get my charts back up

Connect event error. Window error code 10061: no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it . /

We see you are using Transact. So Transact must be having a server problem at the moment. There is nothing we can do from our side in regards to this.

This is not any issue on the Sierra Chart side. The version you are running is fine.
