Connection keeps dropping out.

Could you explain why the connection keeps on dropping out on several occasions during the day on Sierra Charts?

It lasts for a minute or so and then re-connects itself. This happens about seven or eight times during the day.

I do not have any other disconnections on the regular internet.

You are using the Transact data feed. This is not a Sierra Chart provided data feed.

We recommend that you use the Denali exchange data feed for market data to replace the Transact data feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

However, to use this data feed it will require you have a direct account:
Direct Sierra Chart Account

We expect to complete a new setting for the Transact service today, to not use the Transact data connection, so when you are using the Denali exchange data feed even if the connection is lost to Transact it will not interrupt the Denali data feed at all.
