Enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After that reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Basically this is a case where the historical data received is in real time because you have the Denali Data Feed active and an authorized trading account but you are still receiving the delayed data because the above option is unchecked.
