Hello Currently using IQFeed though will be looking at your new feed.

Was just made aware of this. My cum. jt6t which is the S&P tick is not matching others. Please see the attached images of mine and someone else.

We do not see how we can help with this. If there is a problem with the data re-download it by using Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

And why there is a difference with the calculations you are doing to another program, is outside the scope of our support. We should not be relied upon for these kinds of questions.

WTF are you talking about?!!! I'm using SC for my calculations. I simply posted screen shot of someone else as an example for comparison. I have confirmed with several others that use IQFeed and I spoke with IQFeed that is appears to be SC's problem.

What do you want us to do about this being this is not within the scope of our support? If you think this should be the within the scope of our support, then you are most welcome to take your business elsewhere and see if you can get the help that you need.

And what does IQ Feed have to do it this. You are basically doing additional calculations on their own data and this result does not compare to another program. How could we help with something like this? We would have to get your Chartbook and examine you what you are doing closely and a look at how this other program is configured to do the same calculation. It should be common sense, that we will not help with this.

It is precisely these kinds of questions, unnecessarily take our time and we do not know why you would expect an answer from us on this.

Maybe all of this comes across as surprising to you. There are limitations to what we will provide support for.

From our perspective, you basically throw these images at us and we don't really even know exactly what were looking at and expect this to figure all this out for you.

It is not giving you an incorrect calculation. If it is, then provide clear evidence of that.

One thing that we noticed in the images that you are doing the cumulative calculation on the bar open values of the underlying data. Maybe you would be interested in doing this on the bar close.

But the problem is we do not know what you really want to do and what the other program is doing. You need to work out all of those details.
