P/L not resetting at end of day

I continue to have issues with P/L on chart trader or on DOM being correct. I know that it now is supposed to reset once you take a trade at the start of a day - sometimes this is happening, sometimes not. Also, my p/l on chart trader will tend to reset several times during the trading period making it unreliable and inaccurate for determining my overall P/L. Is there a fix for this?

In the newer versions it does now automatically reset whether there is a trade or not in the new day according to the time explained here:

You really should switch to the Sierra Chart order routing service instead of using Rithmic. We have also discontinued technical support for Rithmic. If you are doing simulated trading, well we do not have any solution because the trading evaluators are not using our service.
