                Hello, I have a funded account with Dorman. I am not using it as a connected account with Sierra however.  All I need is the live data and charting from Sierra.

                I've been without data now for 24 hours even though I paid and activated everything.

                I attempted to switch to the Sierra Chart Data exchange but am not allowed to since I have my Denali exchange agreement. I might have made this worse. I'd really appreciate your help please.
