Cannot get 1 tick chart to load

I cannot seem to get a simple intraday chart on the tick scale to open (Bitmex, XBT chart). I believe I have followed your instructions correctly: In the global settings >>> data/trade service settings, I have Intraday Data Storage time Unit set to 1 tick. In my chart settings, I have my chart settings as attached (see picture). I did initially download a 1 minute chart and that was fine. I understood that I had to delete all data and download which I did to no effect. I still only get a 1 minute chart no matter what I seem to do. Please help. |

What do you see in the chart itself? We cannot fully see the chart. Is it completely blank? Maybe you are not using the right symbol. Ok that seems to have done the trick. I was using the wrong symbol. Thanks.
