I cannot seem to get a simple intraday chart on the tick scale to open (Bitmex, XBT chart). I believe I have followed your instructions correctly: In the global settings >>> data/trade service settings, I have Intraday Data Storage time Unit set to 1 tick. In my chart settings, I have my chart settings as attached (see picture). I did initially download a 1 minute chart and that was fine. I understood that I had to delete all data and download which I did to no effect. I still only get a 1 minute chart no matter what I seem to do. Please help.
