I am interested in purchasing the real time data feed from SC but am not sure what direction I need to take. I currently have an account under dougrkyle with SC and have only used this account for trial. I have a $15 balance on this account. I also have a Infinity account which I pay 39.50 a month for level 5 ATCharts. I have read the instructions which say go to help and then additional services balance but I don't have that option. You need to use your own Sierra Chart account with the Account Name of dougrkyle . You need to cancel your AT Charts with Infinity and subscribe directly using your own Sierra Chart account. The price is nearly the same. It is 40 USD a month. This way, you can subscribe to the Sierra Chart data feed.
