Hello,

Lets see if "posting" on your support board will actually get ANYTHING resolved. As I sent this email yesterday

THIS WHOLE WEEK we have had members calling into our office stating that their indicators are no longer showing and are only getting candle sticks. This seems to be an issue with the 64 bit on later versions past 1852. Most of our members use the 64 bit and we can not get the indicators to appear and even when they update to the newest version they still do not appear. We have exhausted all that Jen and I know what to do on our side and are asking for help so we can resolve these issues with our members.

Please advise us on how to resolve this issue as we are getting multiple calls and emails from members

Do you know if your custom studies are compiled for the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart?

We will check on our side, if the files are distributed from the Sierra Chart server.

We have looked into this, and we see no problem accessing your Green Chart 64-bit studies. They are all visible and usable. Although on a couple of them, we had an authorization issue, but still they were accessible as far as listing studies and adding them to the chart and getting to the initial processing.

This is the same problem I wrote to you about last week -the missing dividing lines between our indicators. In our Green Chart 1 Study there is an ID:1 that contains SG1 and SG2. These are supposed to be a Line Draw Style. They are now listed as Ignore and cannot be changed. What happened in your update last week? Can you change back to our old GreenChart_64.dll as that seems to fix the problem and should be an easy fix for everyone here having problems with their charts. That dll file comes from you and is seems to be downloaded every time we start Green Charts and the new version is causing a problem.

You need to contact the developer about this and have them resolve this limitation. This is not within our control.

This is totally unrelated to Sierra Chart versions.

Can you change back to our old GreenChart_64.dll
We need to be provided the old one. Have the developer provide that to us through an account support ticket:

The 2/17/2020 version of GreenCharts_64.dll is now working. My charts have the ID:1 dividing lines back and SG1 and SG2 can now be adjusted. Thanks for looking into this and helping us fix this problem.
