Hi there,

I currently receive Sierra Chart through a funded account with Amp Futures and pay CME and EUREX data fees from my AMP account. I am considered non-professional by the CME.

I would like to use the SC Simulated Futures Trading Service for the next 3-6 months after which I expect to switch to live trading of around 30-50 RT trades (small scalps) per day. Having read through the documentation I am still unsure as to the most cost effective way to use the SFTS bearing in mind that when I go live low commission cost will be an important factor. For example, will I need to pay exchange fees twice for the SFTS, or do I need to start paying exhange fees through SC? How would this effect my Amp account when I want to go live, particularly what fees per trade would be applied by Amp and SC? Do I need to pay directly for SC?

One other question regarding the SFTS delayed service: I use the order book 'in the moment' to help make trading decisions and therefore the SC internal replay function is no good to me as order book data does not appear when in replay. Does the SFTS delayed service have accurate and timely order book data?

Many thanks for your help - I have used SC for years and still consider it to be one of the best platforms available.

We apologize for the delay.

If you want to have real-time data you do need to pay exchange fees and you can just pay them through Sierra Chart and then you can use the data feed for live trading and simulated trading. Did you require data for CME group and EUREX?

If you just want to do simulated trading using delayed data on the simulated futures trading service you do not have to pay exchange fees.

Actually you can record market depth data and replay it:
Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data

The simulated futures trading service does use the best quality data feeds. The order book data is accurate and complete. You would be using either of the two data feeds explained here:
