Realtime data charts download failed every time!!!

Issue with the realtime data charts download, always mentioned download failed!!! Even worst with my US markets setup than the EU Setup.
I really don’t know why. All the symboled used (DAX, SP500 & DOW) are not unknown symbols!!

I reduce to days to load on all charts to 5 days (All intraday charts).

Is it coming from the Sierrachart server connection, or the DTC protocol? I didn’t unable the DTC protocol server! There is anything to do in the setup of the DTC protocol?
Maybe an issue to connect at anytime there is charts reload which is every 1 minute!

You will see below the log right after mentioned Download Failed many times

We have discontinued technical support for Rithmic and we absolutely do not recommend you use it because Sierra Chart does not have good quality integration to Rithmic.

Since you require EUREX data, we recommend that you contact your broker and move to the CQG service instead of Rithmic. Here are instructions:
