Simulated Positions appear but do not register.

When I entered several simulated positions on Sierra Charts, neither profit targets or stop loss positions were accepted. Trading went right through the positions and were not triggered. I am hesitant to trade real funds if the simulated positions are not traded accurately. I have not had this problem before. I downloaded the most recent software update to try to correct the problem, but the problem still remains.

Your Sierra Chart account is expired. The problem would have to be related to this. We have now temporarily activated it.

Also make sure the setting is set to 5000:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Number of Stored Time and Sales Records (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

And refer to:

Orders Do Not Fill When Expected


And also live trading is completely different than simulated trading. Any issue you have with simulated trading would not be the case with live trading.

I am VERY confused.
I have an account with Infinity Futures/TransAct. I am charged $19.95 every month for Charting SC Level 3. Do I need an additional subscription for the full functionality of sierra charts????

No, but you need to post on this Support Board with that account so we are not confused. To do that select Help >> Support Board from within Sierra Chart. Do not use another account.

And if you are having any problems with Transact trade simulation this is outside the scope of our support. We cannot help with that. That is not our service.
