Hallo,

I've configured the API settings according to the description on your Website.

Connection is ok, TWS is running parallely and I don't get any error messages.

BUT: When I go to Find Symbols and Stocks I only see the US Exchanges. No European, no Asian no Canada.

What can be the reason?

IB says it looks like an issue on the Sierra Chart side :)

You need to manually enter stock symbols. Refer to this page for complete documentation:

Hallo,

thx for your quick reply. I checked the link and made all the adjustment accordingly.

But I have following issues even using the described Stock Symbol Format.

1.) Sometimes the chart opens and I see the correct price scale but only for a second. Then the scale changes like from -150 to +200 with the Stockprice going deep into the minus range with a very big price bar.

2.) I often get the Message "Symbosl Settings not found for the current Service".

My steps: I check the Symbol and the Exchange via the IB Homepage and then enter it with the Format Stockname-STK-Exchange.

What are the possible Reasons?

2. For Canadian stocks, try using this format and see if it works:
?-STK-SMART-CAD

Where ? is the basic stock symbol
