23. If you mean 2044, Is there an option to turn this "on"? I have 2044 and confirmations for order modifications checked and it still ask for each order.
3. Could you add to user "wish list"?
13. I realize tough to estimate, but is that a realistic, aggressive or conservative estimate?

I have 5 separate orders OCO limit exit with stop, i.e. list above market to exit and stop below market to exit. The stops are all at the same price level.

1. I select the stops on DOM and move arrow to new price, i.e., left click on stops and slide while holding down the left mouse button.
2. Release left mouse button at price and order is there not moved yet.
3. Left click on that "new" order at that price and dialog window ops up requesting confirmation for only 1 or the orders. I click yes, then only that order is moved. Four others remain at original price.

We are not understanding this. We will need to do a remote assistance session with you to help you with this. We can do that sometime after the close.

Apologies, but I am unavailable for call this afternoon and unfortunately will be not with this PC until end February. Timing. :(

I've attached screenshots - start to finish and result - 5 screenshots, numbered

4 working orders of 2 contracts each order - 8 total contracts

(1) before - show 8 orders at stop price
(2) I select the stops on DOM and move arrow to new price, i.e., left click on stops and slide while holding down the left mouse button.
(3) Release left mouse button at price and order is there not moved yet.
(4) Left click on that "new" order at that price and dialog window ops up requesting confirmation for only 1 or the orders - 2 contracts
(5) I click yes, then only that order one order of 2 contracts is moved. Three others, 6 contracts, remain at original price.

You are not following the right method.

Assuming these are Attached Orders, you need to use this command:
Order Types: Move Attached Stops to Price

I presume no orders entries or changes permitted outside market hours? The working orders are OCO (sell limit and sell stop). I right clicked in column where orders are located (i.e., left of the white "buy column" in those screenshots), menu popped up and I chose move attached stops to price level - nothing occurs. Same on targets - move to price, nothing.

Thank you for info. I will test this on return at month end.

We are not sure how your Trading service will handle this. So this is hard for us to answer but you can logically assume that order modifications are not guaranteed to be allowed to happen when the market is closed.
