problem with trial data feed

Hello, today I have activated trial data feed from Sierra but even if I submitted all the agreements and set the date/trade service setting as SC Sierra, my feed is not working. Can you help me please?

Everything looks correctly setup on our end.

One thing to be aware of is that you only activated the CME E-Mini exchange, so you only have access to the symbols listed here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Futures#GBLX

Also, be sure you use File >> Find Symbol to select the symbol for a chart to open.

If you are still having trouble after doing the above, then let us know a symbol that you are having problems with and follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
