Trade activity log update while Sierra is closed

Hi,

I closed my Sierra connection and placed trades from my Rithmic Pro platform. When I reopened Sierra, the above trades did not appear in the trade activity log. So Sierra only recognizes trades while it's opened. Is there a solution so that ALL trades will appear in the log?

There is no guarantee that Sierra Chart will be able to get those order fills from the Rithmic system.
