Every week I copy the entire Sierra Folder to a backup drive "just in case". Today (Saturday Feb 1) I accidentally deleted the Sierra Folder in the C: drive (while cleaning up the drive). Fortunately I had copied it into the other drive and simply copied it back to the C: drive.

After I started Sierra again it prompted me to download the current version. I did no issues. After I loaded all my chartbooks I notice the File Folder size size on disk (save to disk) is no longer compressed. Prior to this the File Folder size was 74+GB and the File Folder size on disk (saved to disk) was around 30+ GB. Now they are about the same.

Anything I can do to fix this or is up to the Sierra program to eventually compress this Folder again.

Thank you for the help.
