I was recently switched over by SC to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. I have spent all morning trying to activate real time US Equities data. It seems it is not available with Denali? Could you kindly advise the most cost effective way to have real time full CME group futures data (what I currently have) AND US equities data. How much would this cost a month? I believe I am currently paying 28.25 USD.

Thanks

The Denali Exchange Data Feed only has support for the CME Group of Exchanges. Therefore, if you want to also have the US Equities, you would need to move over to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, which has support for both of the exchanges that you are looking for.

Right now you are paying $28.25 USD per month. With the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, it would be an additional $10.50 USD per month, which is just the cost of the US Equities Exchange.

The main difference between the two feeds is that with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed you will be limited to accessing data for only 20 symbols at a time. If you need more, then the cost will go up.

And one other item to note, since we are in a new month, you will be charged the full amount for both data feeds if you make the change today.

To make the switch, you just need to deactivate the Denali Exchange Data Feed and then go through the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the necessary Exchanges. Refer to the following to deactivate the Denali feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling the Denali Exchange Data Feed

And here are the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

Hi, following on from above, I have a question. I already have access to CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX via the Denali Data Feed. I need data for US equities (NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX, BATS) - I just want to confirm that I have to have both the Sierra Chart Data Feed and the Denali Data Feed activated? I am currently paying $28.25 for the Denali data feed (Data Feed and Exchange costs). I would need 100 symbols for US equities, so would the cost of the Sierra feed be $45.50 (Data feed and exchange costs)? Therefore, for both feeds, it would be $73.75? Or can all the exchanges I need access to be acceessed through one feed? A little bit confused on this.

Also I read somewhere that if I have both data feeds activated, I get $10 off. Does that mean in total I would be paying $63.75?

Thanks in advance for your response,

A

What you have stated in your last post is correct. You need to have both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for U.S. Equities) and the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for CME Group exchanges) enabled. This was a change from when our previous post was made.

The credit amount is actually $12.00 in any month in which you have paid for both the Exchange Data Feeds. So the equivalent amount each month would be $61.75.
