Showing order fills

In the newer versions when I select "show order fills", my previous orders (same day) don't show.
If feature is on, the orders will start to show, but if I toggle off and then on again they don't come back.

There are two things to check. Check the Order Fills Start Date-Time for the chart:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

Also be aware there can be a delay with the display of the fills:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Delay with Displaying Order Fills / No Fills Displayed

Start Date Time is Blank (show all)

Delay time - I've left show order fills for the remainder of the day and still no show

Updated to prerelease 2042 and still not working.

In previous versions I was able to toggle the "show order fills" on the chart and they would show.
Something changed in a recent update and they stopped coming back after I de-select the option.

I have been having this same issue and have now updated to release 2044. But I have lost everything now. All past orders... on my charts that I had open. I am logged into a transact sim account to my active one, not a demo account. Do they store sim account orders to load when you restart? for just the same day? Previous days? Log says it is attempting to get orders for that day but I have the Trade activity log set to go back much further. Will SC store these trades if I have it open during those days and keep them if transact won't resend them days later after a restart???

You definitely should not have any lost order fills. Use version 2048:

Software Download: Fast Update

Then go to the Trade Activity Log and look for the fills:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity

Confirm the order fills are there. Let us know.

Transact does not provide order fill history beyond the current trading day. You have to keep Sierra Chart running to capture them in real time.

upgraded to 2048 before trading today. Orders show up on chart that I have Chart Trade Mode On and show order fills. If I go back and try and turn on the same features on another chart after trading the orders will not show up on that chart. If I turn off the options on the first chart showing the orders and turn it back on they don't come back.

One of the log line items says Flagging orders waiting for service update. Account:No account specified but I have gone in to Trade Window and chosen correct account.

The issue could be that there needs to be time for the order fill query to complete as explained here:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Delay with Displaying Order Fills / No Fills Displayed

That section explains also how to update the existing trade activity to the more optimized format.

If you continue to have a problem we can do a remote assistance session to look into this. There really should not be any issue here.

I show orders and fills during the day but do not show any orders in the trade activity log
