I do not know if it is too early - but you mentioned I needed to contact you at the end of the month to get set up(make sure I am set up) for the Denali Data Feed (and the free 2 months) since I am switching over from GAIN. I tried to set it up already but made a mistake that you were aware of (much appreciated) and now I do not know exactly what is set up currently or not. I read that if there is a [M] after the symbol at the top then I am on the Denali feed. I see the [M] but in the Data/Trade Settings it is still set up there with my GAIN login information. Is that correct since if that info is not correct then I do not connect or get data. Since I thought I was on the Denali then why is it if that GAIN ifor is wrong I am not getting data.

Thank you

Yes this is correct.

Are you having a problem with the data feed? You should not.

Contact us over the weekend about the Denali data feed. We cannot do anything until the next month begins.

Will do and I am not having any issues. I do have a question for my own limited knowledge. If the info in the Data/Trade settings in incorrect then of course I cannot connect and the connection window in the title bar will be yellow.. does that also mean I am not receiving any data from Denali.

Thank you.

If Sierra Chart cannot connect to an external Trading service, then it is not going to connect to the data feed either and therefore you will not receive the real-time data.

In this case you could just then change the Service to SC Data-All Services.

Hi you mentioned in post #2 to contact yo over the weekend regarding being sure I am connected to the Denali Data Feed (enablement) I mentioned in post #1 to be sure I am connected for this month and next without charge.

By the way at this moment there is NO [M] after my symbol in the top title bar. So it appears I am not connected to Denali Data Feed.

Also If I want to upgrade to full depth from Top of Book can I do that anytime how do I do that. I wanted to try it out and see if it was useful. I presume I can change back if not needed.

Thank you.

We need you to first complete the agreements here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

You will have to pay for exchange fees. If you want to make changes to the CME exchange fees, you can do that anytime but you do have to pay for them when you activate them and there are no refunds. It is best that you just tell us what you want to do.

The first agreement asks for the Account Number. I wanted to confirm it was my brokerage account and not my Sierra chart account number. Also I don't remember giving this information before when filling out this agreement in other circumstances. Just confirming security. Thanks.

Yes this must be your brokerage account number. The vendor of record for this service requires this.

Thanks - I completed the agreements. Also I will try for at least one month the Full Depth of Market instead of the Top of Book and see how it goes.

Thanks and let me know what else I need to do.

Thanks for post #10

Also, how do I know if I have done this and what do I need to do to make sure this has happened?

"Notice: To continue to receive real-time CME data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on your account, requires that you connect Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month. If you have already performed this step, then disregard this notice."
