Topstep Trader CLH0-NYMEX Intraday Chart Failure

As attached below, the daily chart (CLH0-NYMEX) runs properly but anything less - 4hr, 2hr, 1hr,30mins etc returns just today's data only [after I downgraded to v2036]

When using Rithmic, you need to now be using service package 5 for Sierra Chart historical data access: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2036 Why there is a limitation with Rithmic historical data we do not know. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
