Price and Volume Data missing on Number bar Charts

I have 2 trading accounts with different brokers setup with 2 independently opened Sierrachart. (Each has its own installation of Sierrachart). Both share the same Denali Feed. Every morning there is always missing price and volume data on the account with Ampfutures. Ironbeam seems to be working fine. Here are some screenshots. Why is this happening?

Go to the chart that has the problem and follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/MessageLog.html#Clearing

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
