Dear support,

today I received CQG fills restored for trades that were already in my trade activity logs producing a double fill in the stats

Check the Fill Execution Service ID field for those fills and see if they are different or the same. Let us know.

For now just simply select that duplicate fill and delete it through the Edit menu.

They are the same, so it should be a bug

of course not, it depends also on CQG restore so I can't create a procedure to reproduce it

btw it happened once (open and close of ONE single trade)

We recognize there is an intermittent problem with this but we are not sure of the cause at this time.

Did this happen in the main instance of Sierra Chart or a sub instance? We see you are using a sub instance.

Update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease:
Software Download: Fast Update

And when you do an update make sure all sub instances are closed down.

After the update select the command Global Settings >>Convert Trade Activity Format.

We do not think they above is going to resolve the problem but we just want to make sure you are running the same version that we are.

If there is a continued problem we will have to add additional logging to try to understand the problem better.

This happened always (two times) in the main instance

I am going to follow your procedure and keep you updated

What is going to do the "Convert Trade Activity Format" command?

When you select that command you will get a prompt and can choose yes or no and the prompt explains exactly what it will do.
