I had an older version/instance 32 bit of the software that I logged into and it updated to 64 bit and overwrote all of the charts in my core version of the software that was already installed as 64 bit. How can I go back and restore the older 64 bit version with all of my charts. This is a major issue I can be reached at 970-963-1819 if someone can reach out. Thanks, Marc

User has been helped with remote assistance. They had Sierra Chart installed on their desktop. We moved it to the standard installation folder and got everything organized, and they are fine now.

They are using Gain Capital . We are going to set up the Denali data feed for them now at no cost.

As far as making a copy of your Sierra Chart installation to your laptop, refer to:

Do you require market depth data? We want to know what CME exchange to activate.
