Regarding the Bitcoin naming convention, it should be the same - BTCUSD as it would be on our platform as you are connected to our FXCM price feeds. If you cannot find it, please email Sierra and you can CC me. Maybe its something to do with the platform itself - which they will be able to help out with.


FXCM are confirming symbol BTCUSD can be traded via Sierra. Closest I can find is BTCUSD-BITFINEX, which should clearly not work as it is not in the 'CFD' section under your symbols, but neither is BTCUSD.
Please respond so I can correspond to FXCM.
