Data feed disconnections

I use Transact's data feed to run Sierra. For a couple of months now, I lose my connection when the market gets fast. The charts just lose connection with Transact for no apparent reason, other than the speed that price is changing.I keep Sierra on the latest version but it doesn't seem to matter. Is there a reason for that? Is the problem on Sierra's end or Transacts?

This is an external data feed issue which is not within our control.

The recommended solution is to use this service:

It is a quality solution. Although it is broker independent, it does not work with Transact.

So you would have to use a different broker/clearing firm.
