ES future data not updating real-time

While at the same time, HSF20 is updating real-time but ESH20 doesn't move. I have tried to erase old data, disconnect from data and reconnect, and update the symbols and check the trading time, tried every step mentioned in the FAQ session but no luck still. Could anyone help?
