There is an Internet connectivity issue from Verizon which is affecting our historical futures data which is provided for some services like the Denali Exchange Data Feed, the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service and the delayed CME Group Data feed.

This problem also affects connectivity for the delayed CME group data feed.

Verizon says it will be resolved by 3 PM 2020-01-12. If not, we will take the appropriate steps to route users to our other servers.

The problem is still not resolved.

This problem is currently affecting the delayed data feed. Implementing a workaround for this will take some time.

It is been running on more than a day. The delayed data feed has no automatic redundancy.

This really is astonishing that Verizon cannot even get this problem resolved.
