We see you are using Rithmic. These symbols are not accessible when using Rithmic. We need you to do another installation of Sierra Chart of the current version. Instructions: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services. And then open a chart for the symbol.
